Belleville, IL. (4/28/22) Ongoing regional rainfall with more projected precipitation combined with saturated and soft facility grounds; Lake Ozark Speedway, and POWRi officials have canceled the Frost Breaker Nationals weekend originally scheduled for April 29-30.
Classes scheduled for competition at Lake Ozark Speedway for the Frost Breaker Nationals include the Lucas Oil POWRi 410 Wing Outlaw Sprint League, the Lucas Oil POWRi Wingless Auto Racing Sprint League, POWRi RaceSaver Sprints, as well as an American Bank of Oklahoma ASCS Sooner Region presented by Smiley’s Racing Products/ASCS Warrior Region presented by Impact Signs, Awnings, and Wraps border-battle, with the POWRi Midwest Lightning Sprints also added to Saturday’s program.
POWRi Officials are currently reviewing the 2022 Lucas Oil POWRi 410 Wing Outlaw Sprint League schedule due to the previous cancelations and reschedules as well as the national tire shortage and will be adjusting accordingly.
Next for the Lucas Oil POWRi Wingless Auto Racing Sprint League will be the weekend of May 13-14 with Valley Speedway’s Mid-MO State Nationals followed by the Open Wheel Showdown at Lucas Oil Speedway, linking up with the Lucas Oil POWRi National & West Midget Leagues.
