(9/17/23) Flying into the final few events of potential point-earning conquests in the 2023 season, the POWRi Lightning Sprint Division would find a trio of regions hosting four events spanning the weekend as the constantly evolving National Championship chase as Dexter Dvergsten continues to set the standard with defending champion Alex Truscinski making a late-season push for a potential repeat prize.
Feature winners over the weekend would include Johnny Boos victorious for the forty-fourth time in his career while racing at Honor Speedway with the Rocky Mountain region. Battling in the north, Minn-Kota would witness a trio of nights in action to complete their season with Dexter Dvergsten attaining career wins number thirty-nine on Friday while at River Cities Speedway then moving the win-count to forty on Saturday at Devils Lake with Bryce Haugeberg finalizing the year at Buffalo River Speedway with his sixth career victory on Sunday.
