Belleville, IL – The Inaugural Spring Nationals at Jacksonville Speedway has been cancelled due to inclement weather and the forecasted low temperatures. Originally scheduled for Friday, April 6th and Saturday, April 7th, the Inaugural Spring Nationals was set to host a trifecta of POWRi racing including the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League, POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro League, and on Saturday, the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Wildcard Sprint Car League.
Saturday was scheduled to be the debut of the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Wildcard division, and their season opener.
The next race for the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League is set for Friday, April 20th at Belle-Clair Speedway in Belleville, Illinois. The POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro League will also be in action at Belle-Clair Speedway on Friday, April 20th. The POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Wildcard Sprint Car League will now debut on Saturday, May 12th at Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, Illinois.
