Belleville, IL. (04/20/2021) Fresh off the release of the 2021 Season Schedule for the Lucas Oil POWRi Minn-Kota Lightning Sprints, comes the opening race weekend to send the season speeding off in style. Launching into racing action on Saturday, April 24th at Devils Lake Speedway in Crary, North Dakota the POWRi MKLS drivers will scratch that racing itch in a non-points event.
Heading into their second full-season of POWRi sanctioned Lightning Sprint competition the Minn-Kota Lightning Sprints would see great racing in their inaugural season while growing in entries throughout the year. Defending series champion Dexter Dvergsten aims to add another title to his mantle as several drivers are eyeing the prize to take Dexter’s thrown. Who will earn the first victory of MKLS racing in 2021, Devils Lake Speedway will hold the fate in non-points on-track battles?
