HAYS, Kansas (July 12, 2020) – The POWRi United Rebel Sprint Series Presented by Mel Hambelton Ford Racing competed at Rolling Plains Motor Speedway in Hays, Kansas on Sunday for the second night of the Wheatshocker Nationals.
