Started out framing homes straight out of high school did that off and on for long while.Worked as a welder for Ferhing Iron Works.Worked for Drake n Scruggs building Trucks for Ameren Gas I was 1 of 7 guys on the production team that built 90 -110 trucks a year for Ameren Gas. Building was always something i took a liken too even as a young kid. When we started building midgets it was just another build in my book. Work was something that was always instilled in me at a young age.Growing up in a family full of racing Was just the normal My great Grandpa Rube Weyant start racing midgets in 1938.Our family also raced Ama circle track and scrable tracks in the midwest My Dad Chuck Sr made great sucsess he held the #1 plate in the midwest district.Dad went on to race miidgets for 7 years. Uncles Rusty and Keith Kunz has made great achievements in there careers of midget racing. All my uncles and cousins had cars as well on the Weyant side of the family It was just a way of life for me as young kid.I was fortunate to be apart of lots of National midget races and around some of the all time greats, drivers and crew cheifs.
Since we started off with our own midgets back in 2017 racing around the midwest.we have learned alot. It wouldnt be possible with out My Dad Charles Sr my brother Steven Kunz and my self we all three put lots of hours in the shop to stay on the edge of things. As a driver : I have a handful of heat races wins Lots of hard charger finishs Handful of top 5 finishs Lots of top 10 finishs
