Todd grew up in a racing family and is a third generation racer following his uncle Eddie McVay, grandpa Jim McVay and father Tim McVay. He began racing gocarts in 1995. Todd has raced midgets, sprint cars, and non- wing sprint cars around the midwest. He currently is owner/driver of his Spike 89 sr11x.
