Coming from his hometown of Wheaton, MO.
Caleb Brown is a young and family-oriented 24 year old Super Stock driver who currently resides in Purdy, MO. He enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time, but racing has always been a part of his life due to his 4 generation racing family. Starting with go karts at the age of 8 at Twister Alley Raceway, Caleb moved on to Super Stocks at Monett Raceway when he turned 22. The legacy of his family's racing history is very important to him, and he gets emotional talking about the experience of racing alongside his father.
In Caleb's words: “One of the reasons why growing up with family racing has meant so much to me is because of the 4 generations. Just so many memories and sentimental value to the track that means a lot to me that most people would never understand. Just like my open end race car trailer you guys see me pull my car on. My dad built that trailer to pull his first car on when it with his first race being at monett when he was 16, and I was able to do the same thing! Remodeling and updating the trailer to pull my first car on and to race my first race at Monett, where he and I both first started out! So basically it means more than anything to me and is my home away from home."
He would go out at a young age and watch his father work on race cars and his dad would give him a screwdriver and a spoon to “help" him. He really made him think that he was doing something important. Racing beside his father has been an experience of a lifetime. It means more than anything in this world to him. It brings tears to his eyes knowing that he is following the legacy. One of the best feelings in the world is knowing that his dad is out there having fun while he is having fun.
Caleb also runs his own business called FLY-N-B Power Washing, which was named after Brown Farms. When he sent what he was wanting for a logo, it looked like a flying B and that's how the name came about. With his new business, he also became a new sponsor for Monett Raceway. In the future, he hopes to own his own race car and to follow in his dad's footsteps and relieve some financial burden from him.
This season, Caleb plans to continue racing at Monett Raceway and improve upon his past performances. He is dedicated to working hard and winning more races, even if it means beating his dad. Caleb's favorite movies are Stepbrothers and Talladega Nights, mostly because of the comedic talents of Will Ferrell and John C Reilly.
