Ariel has been dirt track racing for 12 of her 18 years. Beginning in quarter midgets at age 6, Ariel has driven her way through the years gaining multiple track championships and records, including rookie of the year in both quarter midgets and at age 14 in the Ford Focus Midget class. Ariel is the 3rd generation of Biggs to race cars after her dad and grandpa racing stock cars at Grays Harbor Raceway from the 70s on up through the late 90s. It was at the I-5 Quartermidget club in Grays Harbor, Wa that the Biggs family met race enthusiast Don Emery who would later sponsor Ariel in her quarter midget, playing an important role in her winning multiple championships with the I-5 QMC. By 2009 Don offered Ariel the opportunity to step up into the Ford Focus Midget class at the 3/8 mile dirt oval at Grays Harbor Raceway.
